Shifts
All employees must be capable of working either shift. We are diligently working to cross-train employees.
Cross-training requires our employees to have the ability to move between shifts as the needs of the business dictate.
Shift lengths are dictated by our weekly production goals being met or exceeded.
Team A: Monday-Friday (Sat as needed)
• Must be capable of working 8,10, or 12-hour shifts between 3:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m
Team B: Monday-Friday (Sat as needed)
• Must be capable of working 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts between 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m
